Cancellation Policy

No-shows or failures to cancel appointments, sessions, or plans at least seventy-two (72) hours will result in a non-refundable session fee and/or administrative fee if applicable. Failure to reschedule within at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance will result in a non-refundable session fee and/or administrative fee if applicable if client is a no-show. Services and/or plans purchased by a third-party sponsor or donor and not the individual/client will not render a refund directly to the individual/client. We will also reserve the right to deduct any service fees according to our cancellation policy and services rendered.
